What happens if my product is damaged in shipment? Just let us know and we will send you a replacement and arrange for the pick-up and return of the damaged product.

What is your "Lifetime Domino Guarantee Against Breakage or Loss"? We guarantee our dominoes against breakage or loss for the lifetime of the original owner. If any domino breaks or is lost, let us know and we will send a no-charge replacement.
What happens if one (or more) of my dominoes breaks? Let us know and we'll provide you a replacement at no charge. In all our history, we've never seen a broken domino. This guarantee is good for 25 years from the date you purchase your dominoes.
What if I lose one (or more) of my dominoes? We'll provide you a replacement at no charge.
What if the wooden box breaks, cracks, warps, chips or fails to meet my expectations? We'll provide you a replacement at no charge.

What do you do to protect my privacy? See our privacy policy at the bottom of the home page, but basically, we don't share, sell, rent or loan your information to anyone for any reason. Any information we get from you will be kept 100% totally confidential.
Are you going to be sending me emails if I buy from you? If we have a promotional offer we think might be interesting, we will send you a brief email. If you don't like getting these, let us know and we won't send them.
What do you mean when you describe the dominoes as "ivory-look"? Although the dominoes are not ivory, they have the creamy color and burnished appearance that gives them the look of ivory dominoes. (they also last longer and discolor far less than real ivory)
How do the dominoes feel in the hand? Hefty, substantial, smooth, with gently rounded corners. If you would like to see a sample domino before you buy, we'll send you one.
What are the dominoes made from? The material is known as Carbamide or Urea Stone. It is a high strength compound molded under 3000 pounds of pressure per square inch. The dominoes are solid, dense and as far we can tell, impossible to break.
What type of wood is used in the cases? It is American-grown Black Walnut. Besides being very beautiful, it is extraordinarily strong and will not break, crack or warp with normal use. The cases are made by American craftsmen to exacting specifications of fit, finish and color.
What is the difference between the "Club Size" domino and the "Cabin Club" domino. They are the exact same quality. The "Club" size, which is used in tournament play, is 2-1/8" x 1-1/8" x 7/16". The "Cabin Club" size is 2" x 1" x 3/8"
