Every Alex Cramer set is checked by hand before it leaves us, as it has been since 1975.
Processing time
- In-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).
- Delivery time is processing plus shipping time.
- Need it sooner? Call us at (800) 834-3051, 7 days a week, and we'll do it even faster.
Personalized and engraved items
Personalized pieces are made to order:
- Personalized and engraved items (brass plate, wood etching, domino imprinting) take up to 7 business days before shipping.
- If you upload a PDF, we'll send you an advance proof to be sure you're happy before we begin.

International shipping
We ship to 27 countries, including Australia, Austria and Belgium, with:
- DHL Express Worldwide
- UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Express
- USPS Priority Mail International
All international rates and transit times are calculated at checkout.
Duties and taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are not included in your order total at checkout. These charges are paid by the buyer, and we appreciate your understanding.
Tracking
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Damaged in shipment
Just let us know and we will send you a replacement and arrange for the pick-up and return of the damaged product. Email info@alexcramer.com or call (800) 834-3051.
